Michael Gatto is co-founder and Executive Director of the Austin Community Design and Development Center (ACDDC), a non-profit whose mission is to improve the quality of life for all by providing sustainable design, planning, and development services to low and moderate income individuals, families, and neighborhoods. The Alley Flat Initiative marks one of ACDDC’s important affordable housing developments, designed in collaboration with the University of Texas Center for Sustainable Development and the Guadalupe Neighborhood Development. Michael earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from MIT and a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.

Perry Lorenz serves as managing general partner of numerous partnerships involved in the development and redevelopment of downtown properties, with a recent emphasis on inner city residential projects. Lorenz has been instrumental in co-developing the Pedernales- a 105-unit affordable, work/live condominium project just east of the Central Business District in East Austin, and the first multifamily project in Central Texas to receive a 5 star rating under Austin's Green Building Program. Lorenz holds a Bachelor of Arts and MBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
