VRC Workshop | Field Documentation

This one-hour workshop will help participants develop a personal toolkit for field documentation. The ability to efficiently and effectively catalog photographs taken in the field allows them to be a valuable and rich tool for personal reference or for others. Participants will have the opportunity to see images from sample field sketchbooks, review a checklist of compact items to aid in documentation and get tips on taking field notes for large numbers of digital images.

VRC TA Izabella Dennis will be instructing the workshop. She has years of experience conducting field documentation and is currently completing her Master of Science in Historic Preservation.

Date/time: Wednesday, April 6, 10-11 am in the Visual Resources Collection (Sutton 3.128).
