The CSD Is Here To Help:

As an official research center within the university, the CSD is responsible for supporting faculty in all aspects of their research, from searching for funds to applying for grants, and managing awards and contracts. The CSD offers research support to doctoral students within the School of Architecture.

Resources for Faculty:

  • Consulting to discuss and explore research interests and opportunities
  • Grant searches and updates of ongoing funding opportunities matched to faculty research interests
  • Proposal support: editing, budget preparation, and compliance checks
  • Direct correspondence with the Office of Sponsored Projects, the university system by which all sponsored research is managed
  • Administrative support throughout the award period
  • Assistance administering GRA positions as part of sponsored research
