CM2 researchers are currently planning research and submitting formal proposals to the CM2 Executive Committee for review.  Research will begin in the summer of 2017.

Research Priorities:
The research priorities of CM2 stem from the FAST Act of 2015.

Priority 1: Improving Mobility of People and Goods
(Topic Area 1.1) Increase access to opportunities that promote equity in connecting regions and communities, including urban and rural communities
(Topic Area 1.6) Innovations in multi-modal planning and modeling for high-growth regions
(Topic Area 1.8) Regional planning and setting of transportation priorities

Priority 2: Reducing Congestion
(Topic Area 2.3) Urban logistics -- last mile for both passengers and freight (land use and transportation planning)
