Planning LawRachael Rawlins is an environmental and land use attorney that has practiced law in both the public and private sector. In her capacities as attorney and as planner, Ms. Rawlins has worked with city planning coalitions, non-profit environmental groups, private law firms, and local and state government offices. Ms. Rawlins has been teaching the law classes in the graduate Community and Regional Planning and Historic Preservation programs since 1996. Ms. Rawlins is a member of the State Bar in both Texas and California.
