Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid

The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid serves as the major resource for financial assistance to U.S. citizen, eligible non-citizen, and international Texas-resident students.

The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid administers a variety of grants, scholarships, loans and part-time employment programs. 

Their Hirealonghorn Job Bank may also post GRA, TA, and other part-time graduate academic positions in the student section.

When to apply

Students are encouraged to check with the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid for priority and any other financial aid application deadlines.  

It is not necessary to wait until you have been admitted to apply for financial aid. 

Prospective students may simultaneously apply for financial aid and admission.
