Architect and author Lance Hosey is Chief Sustainability Officer with the global design leader RTKL. As one of the world’s largest architecture and planning firms, with over a thousand people in a dozen offices on four continents, RTKL has significant reach and influence on the built environment. Lance is a former Director with the pioneering sustainable design firm William McDonough + Partners and the former President & CEO of the sustainability nonprofit GreenBlue. His latest book, The Shape of Green: Aesthetics, Ecology, and Design, the first to study the relationships between sustainability and beauty, has been Amazon’s #1 bestseller for sustainable design.
