Spring 2026 NYC Seminar

Join Career Services and the New York chapter of Texas Exes this upcoming Spring Break (March 16-19) for the New York City Seminar. The program provides an excellent opportunity for students to visit some of New York's most notable design firms while networking with representatives and learning more about what it’s like to live and work in NYC. Participating firms this year include DS+R, Gensler, ODA, WEISS/MANFREDI, SCAPE, and others will be announced in the spring*.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Three-night hotel stay, welcome dinner on Monday night, up to 8 office visits, and a networking reception on Wednesday night.

March 16:
Arrive in New York
3:00 pm Hotel Check-In
Welcome Dinner with Texas Exes New York Alumni

March 17-18:
Firm Visits (4 daily)

March 18:
Networking Reception with Texas Exes New York Chapter

March 19:
12 pm Hotel Check-Out

Firm list will be available at the beginning of the spring semester. *Firm lists are subject to change. 

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE:

Career Services has secured funding to cover the registration fee for 1-2 student with demonstrated financial need. If you are interested in applying for this support, please submit a 1-2 paragraph explanation to utsoa-careers@utexas.edu regarding what you hope to gain from the seminar while justifying your need for support by February 1.
