José Latorre

Background José grew up in Venezuela, but his higher education and practice have taken him to Boston, Paris, Berlin, Houston, Austin, and now, Los Angeles. He enjoys running routinely and, occasionally, attempts to run a marathon in under four hours.

Passion José believes in the power of strategic design thinking to address complex problems and facilitate smart decision-making beyond the built environment and into user experiences, services, business organizations, and more. At Gensler, we help our clients envision and accomplish a better future by leveraging the power of design. José collaborates in projects aiming to create better, sustainable, futures: from the scale of the employee to the scale of a region, from a building’s design to an organization’s strategy and policies.
