UTSOA Student Awarded 2016 ICOMOS Internship
Andrew Leith, a student in UTSOA's Historic Preservation Program, has been selected to participate in the prestigious ICOMOS (International Council on Monuments and Sites) Internship Program.
The ICOMOS Internship is a worldwide platform for students and emerging professionals to be involved in preservation activities around the world. Each year, thousands of applicants from the fields of historic preservation, architecture, archaeology, art history, material conservation, and cultural resource management apply for this program. Only fifteen are selected to intern at a specific international location. In summer 2016, Andrew will be interning for ten weeks in Jamaica at the Falmouth Heritage Renewal site.
