Prior to serving as Graduate Admissions Coordinator, Dixie Eiermann has been in education as an AVID Tutor through Austin Independent School District middle and high schools, and as a 7th grade English teacher in Bastrop ISD. Dixie also has experience in luxury hotel hospitality and event florals. 

Dixie's hobbies include watching movies, walking/hiking, and taking care of her plants and dog.
