The first volume of the Centerline series, Dance Halls of Central Texas offers an in-depth survey of the dance halls that populate central Texas within a one-hundred-and-fifty-mile radius of Austin, focusing on an appreciation of their pre-World War II wooden structures. This work was originally presented as an exhibition of the same name in the school’s Mebane Gallery March–April 2004.
