Tell us about your PRP firm. Where are you working?
Adept is a multidisciplinary architecture firm based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Do you enjoy the city you’re working in? Favorite aspects?
I moved to Copenhagen, Denmark. The city is very vibrant and picturesque. There are a lot of projects to see, and even more food to enjoy and eat.

What is currently on your desk? What are you working on?
Currently on my desk I have many sketch iterations, pens, pencils, and a warm cup of tea. Currently I am on my third project, focusing on an urban scale project based in Germany.

Describe the firm culture? The office atmosphere?
The culture is unique (in a good way). The office makes a great emphasis on a healthy office culture, meaning constant communication with the architects, but also with the partners, having lunch together everyday, Friday bar night, monthly meetings, and every Tuesday is candy day! Danish culture always tries to emphasize a strict work/life balance, once 5 pm hits they encourage you to leave the office, and go enjoy the sun as much as you can.

What is the first thing you'll tell your classmates upon your return to UT?
That working in Denmark and specifically with Adept was a once in a lifetime experience and I would do it all over again.

As you’re finishing up the week, what are your plans for this weekend?
My weekend will be filled with delicious food, exploring the city with my bike with the other interns, and casually jumping over to Sweden on a train.
