ISSUE: Call for Submissions
The ISSUE team is excited to announce the first call for submissions for the 2014 ISSUE publication. ISSUE is an annual, student-run design review featuring graduate and undergraduate work from UTSOA. This will be the 11th publication, and we can't wait to feature your work!
In the midst of another year of impressive student work, travel, and innovation, the concept for this year's ISSUE publication is to promote the local and global aspects of UTSOA. From Austin-based projects with a global focus, to work conducted internationally, we hope to make an ISSUE that highlights interdisciplinary work across scales.
We are currently accepting submissions for projects from spring and summer 2014. We'd love to display projects from every discipline and every level, including (but not limited to!) work from: practicum, studio, independent research, wood-design, protoyping, study abroad or any other projects you've been working on in affiliation with UTSOA (please do not submit work from residency). Group projects are welcome, just make sure all the involved parties are given credit.
Your submission should include:
- a project title
- a written description of your project (no more than 350 words)
- up to 5 images saved in JPEG or PNG (These do not need to be high resolution for submission and website purposes. If accepted for publication, you will be contacted to upload high resolution files of the selected images.)
