PRP: Tell us about your PRP firm. Where are you working?
I am working at Miralles Tagliabue EMBT Architects in Barcelona.

PRP: Do you enjoy the city you’re working in? Favorite aspects?
As many of my might know; Barcelona has a lot to offer both architecturally and culturally. the weather here has been incredible, People are very friendly and the food is AMAZING.

PRP: What is currently on your desk? What are you working on?
Currently my team is working on an Installation for the upcoming Venice Biennale where we are exhibiting a housing project designed by EMBT in Clichy-Paris. So I have few study models and from the original project and model of the installation for the Biennale.

PRP: Describe the firm culture? The office atmosphere?
The office hires a good number of interns from all over the world which makes it very easy to make new friends and we're always planning new outings to explore the city together.

PRP: What is the first thing you'll tell your classmates upon your return to UT?
The design process in the office is very interesting, and it is definitely worth exploring and learning, the office has been keeping the same methods of design of Enric Miralles twenty years after his passing, and it's for a good reason.

PRP: As you’re finishing up the week, what are your plans for this weekend?
This upcoming weekend all the interns in the office are going to participate in a local event that includes eating Calçot a seasonal type of green onion that has a specific way of eating and it's very famous in the Cataln region.

PRP: Is there anything else that you would like to add?
All in all, I highly recommend PRPing at EMBT as it is a great learning experience both architecturally and culturally.
