Charles Carpenter

Facilities Manager

Charles Carpenter, CFM, SFP has worked in Facility Management since 1995.  He has managed facilities in the Real Estate Information, Outsourced Business Services and Technology industries.  Charles has maintained sites in North and South America, often integrating companies through mergers & acquisitions or working on corporate divestitures.

Since 2012, Charles has served on the Board of Directors of Sammy's House, an Austin non-profit that provides care for medically-fragile and developmentally-delayed children. He also volunteers with Little League, Special Olympics and the Down Home Ranch and is a frequently blood donor.  In 2024, Charles was named one of Little League’s Community Heroes of the Year and umpired in the Junior League Softball World Series.  He enjoys making holiday decorations from reclaimed wood in his spare time.
