Representatives from Page, Code Studio, Black & Vernooy, Waxwing Design Studio, and Clickspring Design will be on hand to offer one-on-one advice to UTSOA students on resumes, work samples, portfolios, interviews, and more! Sign-up sheets will be available outside the Career Services office starting on Tuesday, January 19. Students will also be able to sign up for a time slot during the event itself.

The workshop will be held in the Goldsmith Hall 2.110 (Main Jury Room) from 5:30 to 9pm.

CNU-CTX is hosting a UTSOA screening of selected films from the New Urbanism Film Festival. The New Urbanism Film Festival was created to move the conversation about urban planning out of the text book and beyond the council chambers and into the movie theater. How we design our cities impacts everyone, not just legislatively and academically, but in a real day-to-day sense.

Join us for a behind-the-scenes DEEP DIVE look at the five installations that comprise Creek Show, the second annual celebration of the future transformation of Waller Creek. Prototypes, models, and process drawings from the participating teams - an all-star cast of local artists, designers and practitioners - will be on display in the Materials Lab. A lively gallery discussion kicks off the evening, with each team giving a PechaKucha-style presentation on their design or fabrication process.
