Director, Career Services
Julie Latcham is the director of Career Services at the School of Architecture. Serving in this role, she has held the largest career fairs to date with 106 firms attending the past four in-person fairs each year. In addition to assisting with career search for students and alumni, she enjoys cultivating and maintaining relationships with domestic and international employers enhancing opportunities for students and alumni.
Julie joined the school from the Michael & Susan Dell Center for Healthy Living, part of The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) School of Public Health in Austin, where she managed their events and special programs for three years.
Prior to her work at the university, Julie has more than six years of experience assisting adults who are unemployed or underemployed with job training and development through her employment with nonprofit organizations in Memphis, Tennessee, and Austin.
She is also a photographer and enjoys travel and combining both of these passions. Additionally, Julie received her marketing degree from UT Austin and is excited to be back at her alma mater.
