UNDERGRADUATE ARCHITECTURE MINORS

A transcript-recognized undergraduate academic minor must be completed in conjunction with an undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin. Within the Architecture Program, there are two available minors: 

ARCHITECTURAL HISTORY MINOR

The Architectural History Minor is designed to provide a foundation in architectural history concepts for students outside of the School of Architecture. To fulfill the Architectural History Minor students must complete 15 semester hours of relevant coursework, at least half of which must be completed in residence at The University of Texas at Austin. 

ARCHITECTURAL STUDIES MINOR

The Architectural Studies Minor is designed to provide a foundation in architecture concepts for students in majors outside of the School of Architecture. To fulfill the Architectural Studies Minor, students must complete 15 semester hours of relevant coursework as described below, at least half of which must be completed in residence at The University of Texas at Austin.

OTHER AVAILABLE MINORS

LANDSCAPE STUDIES
