Urban Information Lab Director Dr. Junfeng Jiao moderated a panel discussion on Tuesday, November 5 at the Capital Factory in downtown Austin with UT researchers and Austin tech industry leaders as they engaged in a discussion regarding the following ongoing question:

"Can we ensure that AI advances are consistent with established standards so that they’re compatible with and responsive to society’s needs and values? And if so, how?"
