Fashion Flagships have long been a place where architecture and the fashion industry have coalesced. These projects breed innovative material expressions, spatial development, and programmatic planning as a byproduct. Because of this, brand image through the display and showcasing of their products as well as their community engagement become an integral part of how the brand clings to recognition in the public domain. This exploration of the flagship was meant to evaluate space and order as neither ‘correct’ or ‘incorrect,’ but instead to breed a speculative conversation about what it means to be a flagship store as time progresses, regarding identity of the self and our own individual experiences of an otherwise stagnant space.
