The Honors Courtyard by Mason Brown

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

First-semester students were asked to remake the Honors Quadrangle on the UT Austin Campus. Reimagining the courtyard entails shaping a lush, idyllic garden suitable for small gatherings and large celebrations or graduation ceremonies. The intent is to provide a platform for academic life and the volumes of experience that frame ceremony, celebration, and debate appropriate for current social practice.
