Expand view for photograph Architectural rendering of a modern, minimalist bedroom with light wood walls and floors, featuring bunk beds, a built-in wooden ladder, a small desk with a laptop, and a tall window with vertical slats revealing a snowy landscape outside.
Located in South Tyrol, on the border of Austria and Italy, this project functions as a research facility as well as a hiking hut for the public. Inspired by the mountainside castles found throughout the Italian countryside, this 600-square meter facility is suspended between two large concrete walls perching over the landscape. The building’s main focus is on the beautiful views of the valley below and creates a unique and memorable experience for the users
